So, today I made sure to include some quiet time for reflection. The goal of self-development and leadership training is not nirvana. Life is comprised of ups and downs and that will never change.Our ability to rebound from the lows, do what we know nourishes us and gets us back to positive action is ultimately the objective.If you're having a 'bad' day (like I did yesterday), take a moment, close your eyes, breathe deeply and simply BE for a few minutes.Then get up and take 1 positive action that will energize you. Making conscious decisions when things go awry rather than falling into auto-pilot makes all the difference.A simple meditation can go a long way towards finding your balance, clarity and strength in difficult situations.
